Frequently asked questions
How do I install the Chrome extension?
Install BidPilot from the Chrome Web Store, then sign in with the same account you use on upbidpilot.com. Open any Upwork job page and the BidPilot button will appear.
The extension is not showing up on Upwork
Make sure you are on a job listing page on https://www.upwork.com, refresh the tab, and confirm the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions. If it still does not appear, email us with a screenshot.
I cannot sign in
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset your password. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or contact support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click Manage subscription. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund window after your first payment. From Settings, use the Request refund & downgrade button. See our refund policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@upbidpilot.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
Is my proposal data shared with anyone?
Job descriptions and profile context are sent to our LLM provider (currently OpenAI) only to generate the proposal you requested. We do not sell your data. Full details are in the privacy policy.
